These website terms cover the public demo and application process. Deployment-specific terms are subject to review and agreement before access. Kinetix is a product by Koyalab. Each deployment agreement identifies its applicable parties.
01 / Actual service state
Users can apply for assisted deployment with their own compute, model/API credits and enterprise environments; supported tasks and access are confirmed by our team after review. The public website separately offers an illustrative demo and contact registration, not instant self-service activation. Live workspace access, execution scope, fees, data processing and any research permission are governed by the deployment agreement. The public demo does not collect task content for training.
02 / Your choices and permissions
Only submit material you have permission to use and share. Keep control of your email and do not share sign-in links. You may stop using the service, sign out, request account deletion and withdraw any prior training permission through account controls. When you explicitly agree to the research-data terms presented for your participation, the authorized task data may be used for model training and evaluation, including licensed sharing with the research recipients identified in that agreement. You must have authority to grant those rights; existing applications and private workspace data are not automatically included. Old local tasks are not uploaded automatically.
03 / Third parties and sensitive information
Prompts may be sent to a third-party model provider under its applicable terms and data practices. Do not submit credentials, sensitive personal information or confidential material without appropriate authority and safeguards. Outputs may be wrong; review them before use. Nothing in this preview promises a transfer of ownership in your inputs.
Upstream terms and data licensing
Model access, task execution and any subsequent sale or licensing of task data are subject to the applicable model-provider terms, model and software licenses, confidentiality obligations and data-protection requirements. User permission does not override those restrictions. Data may be used for training, evaluation or supplied to research recipients only where the relevant rights permit that specific use, or the necessary written permission has been obtained.
Before a data delivery, the provider, model version, source and permitted downstream use must be checked for that batch. Restricted or unverified material must be excluded. Free or discounted compute does not grant a license to resell model accounts or access, nor establish permission to train competing models.
04 / Availability and deployment agreements
Availability and outputs are not guaranteed; access may fail or change. The applicable parties, jurisdiction, mandatory rights, liability terms, retention periods, provider list and dispute process must be addressed in the deployment agreement; these website terms do not replace that agreement. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
